Dear Mini School Parents and Students,
Today, all Mini School students will be given a statement of their accounts. Many students have credits in their personal accounts from poinsettia sales (various amounts) or the one day Whistler Trip ($130 refund). Our school wishes that any credit appearing on the statement be applied to your student’s 2010-2011 Mini School fees. To use your existing credit, please subtract your credit from your Sept. 1st, 2010 cheque of $525. If you would like to use your credit for other McNair fees (such as sports, supplies, etc.) please notify Ms. Goertz (Business Assistant) by returning the invoice with your alternative instructions attached. If you have any further questions regarding your Mini School account, please contact Ms. Hunt.
Remaining credit for Grade 12 students will be refunded in the form of a cheque issued in July.
For new students (Grade 7’s) to the Mini School family, unfortunately this does not apply!
