Benefits of Outdoor Adventure – Part 2

Two weeks ago was the first instalment of “Benefits of Outdoor Adventure” and I talked to the title article done by Randall Williams.  Here is my second instalment to the topic.  This short video is about the “PLAY AGAIN” movement.

The Mini School’s commitment to outdoor education has always been strong and will always be one of the four pillars of the program.  As one, Patrick Lermitte said (once a boy but now a young man!) “The trips are killer!  I would never miss one!”  Not only do the outdoor education trips offer students opportunities to push their envelope, they are clearly very important in today’s day and age where technology and connectedness have literally taken over the lives of many young people.  As mentioned earlier, the Mini School program has four pillars.  This speaks to how important the program holds the concepts of balance and well roundedness.
