Dear Mini School Parents and Students:
It gives me great pleasure to announce that we will be sending all Mini School students to Strathcona Park Lodge from September 6-10, 2012!
Now that we have been granted permission to send deposits to Strathcona and begin the planning process, we will be putting together all of the waiver and consent forms associated with this trip. They will need to be collected over the next few weeks.
We will also begin to collect Mini School fees for next year. Over the next week, all grade 8, 10 and 11 students will be sent home a fees statement detailing their reimbursement for the Spring Trips. Our business assistant, Mrs. Sandi Goertz, will be sending this information home, along with all up-to-date student account balances. All grade 8, 10 and 11 students will have their reimbursements rolled over to next year’s fees unless otherwise stated. All of next year’s fees information will be included in this notice home.
While we are thrilled to be going to Strathcona in September, the rest of our year’s itinerary is still extremely uncertain. Please be patient about the remainder of next year’s events. We will be sending out information as it becomes available to us.
